FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering, to devices, which transform external electromagnetic radiations in order to produce electric energy. Inductive-capacitance energy element comprises oscillating circuit, which includes inductive coil and capacitor. Oscillating circuit is closed to rectifying cascade, and is placed into central layer of heterogeneous substance. Along external surface of central layer there is oppositely arranged number of other layers of heterogeneous substances, which differ from central layer and from each other. All layers of heterogeneous substances are permeable for electromagnetic radiation. Between central layer of heterogeneous substance and other layers of heterogeneous substances there are polarizing layers arranged, besides in polarising layers, placed between central layer of heterogeneous substance and layers of heterogeneous substances, pairwise and opposite relative to central layer of heterogeneous substance, planes of polarisation coincide. Thickness of central and other layers of heterogeneous substances is equal or more than doubled length of electromagnetic radiation wave with plasma resonance of metal particles contained in it.

EFFECT: expansion of functional resources with reduction of dimensions and weight, in particular provision of possibility of operation at aircrafts.
