SUBSTANCE: power feeder of device is connected to unit for measuring and regulation of power to be fed. Power feeder is located with respect to treated object. Unit for measuring and regulation of power is designed as plasma generator and sets frequency and power of magnetic flow, so that plasma of specific content generates characteristic radio frequency which is resonant to treated object.
