FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to control electromagnetic fields it influences, hence, to develop power sources and converters. Proposed device incorporates homogeneous substance comprising carries and active body incorporated therewith, the said active body comprising atom clusters, nanoparticles or microparicle(s) other that those of the carrier. Proposed device differs from known devices in that the heterogeneous substance carrier incorporates other heterogeneous enclosed in isolating shells transparent for electromagnetic radiation. Note here that the number of one heterogeneous substances enclosed in isolating shells and introduced into carriers of the other heterogeneous substances makes 1 or more.
EFFECT: possibility to accumulate and convert electromagnetically radiation locally, plus that to generate it.
