SUBSTANCE: method involves extracting basil by liquid nitrogen separating corresponding miscella, cutting, drying and roasting yacon in microwave field at preset process parametres, cutting, drying apples in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying up apples by convection. Moreover, the method involves drying black chokeberry in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying it up by convection, mixing yacon with apples and black chokeberry, impregnating the obtained mixture and raising the pressure at the same time. It is followed by depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
