SUBSTANCE: method provides for extraction of jeera by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of yacon, its drying in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, cutting, drying of apples in microwave field at preset process parametres and by convective method. Moreover, the method involves drying of black chokeberry in microwave field at preset process parametres and by convective method, mixing of yacon, apples and black chokeberry, impregnation of obtained mixture by separated miscella is performed with simultaneous pressure boost. It is followed by depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
