FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: sealing batching device, inaccessible for opening by children, comprises basic element, which contains upper surface, batching hole in mentioned upper surface, external skirt, protruding from upper surface, and cover, which is fully collapsible on hinged joint with basic element for displacement between closed position, with top closure of upper surface, and opening position, with location at the distance from specified upper surface. Basic element is arranged with cut in upper surface near external skirt opposite to hinged joint, and tab, which protrudes from external skirt near cut. Cover comprises ledge for instantaneous connection with fixation on outer side of tab in closed position of cover, besides outer skirt is elasto-yielding with the possibility of displacement inside cut so that tab is taken out of engagement with ledge, and possibility is provided for cover displacement towards open position. Specified ledge is installed on internal side on cover skirt, at the same time basic element comprises ledge for contact with cover skirt in cover closed position, besides ledge of basic element has outer size along circumference, which exceeds according outer size along cover skirt circumference. Version of sealing batching device, set and method of sealing batching device manufacturing are described.
