SUBSTANCE: in one specific embodiment the closure (40) comprises a housing (42) and the lid (44) pivotally connected to it. The latch (120) with the indication of first opening is connected to the lid (44) by means of frangible connection (130). The compression element (150) is connected to the housing (42) of the closure for moving from the initial inactivated configuration to the activated configuration deformed inwardly. The bearing (170) is formed either on the compression element (150) or on the latch (120), and the slot (140) is formed in the other of the compression element (150) and the latch (120), and the slot (140) comprises the bearing (170) without the possibility of disconnection, when the lid (44) is preliminary closed. The housing (42) of the closure has also the retaining wall (160) located inside, comprising the opening (164). When the compression element (150) is pressed inwards the frangible connection (130) is broken for providing lifting the lid (44), and the terminal part of the bearing (170) is placed without the possibility of disconnection in the opening (164) of the retaining wall.

EFFECT: closure according to the invention provides clear indication of opening without formation of separate defective element requiring removal.
