SUBSTANCE: sealing device (10) rigidly connected to the neck of the vessel comprises first part (12) forming base (16) for attachment to the neck of the vessel and having at least one fixing peripheral groove (20) and second part (14), forming cap (32), fixing ring (34) defining geometrical reference axis (200), and hinge (36) connecting fixing ring (34) with cap (32) for guiding cap (32) relative to fixing ring (34) between an open position and a closed position, wherein fixing ring (34) is fixed by jamming in fixing groove (20) of first part. Second part (14) comprises first opening indicator (50) and communication (52) tearable between first opening indicator (50) and peripheral flange (42) of the cap, wherein between fixing ring (34) and the first opening indicator (50) in the closed position before the first opening, free space (54) in the axial direction is provided, wherein first opening indicator (50) is retained by at least engagement zone (30) of first part so as to separate from cap (32) and fall into free space (54) at first opening.
EFFECT: disclosed is a sealing device joined to a first opening indicator.
