SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a method of producing a disodium salt of hemiheptahydrate 7-{[2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-sin-methoxyimino]acetamido}-3-{[(2,5-dihydro-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-5-oxo-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)thio]methyl}-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid through crystallisation of its aqueous or aqueous-organic solvents, filtration, washing and drying the residue. The method is distinguished by that, crystallisation of the end product is done by adding sodium chloride of acetate into the solution in an amount which provides concentration of auxiliary electrolyte in the formed solution ranging from 12.0 to 20%.
EFFECT: design of an efficient method of producing disodium salt of hemiheptahydrate 7-{[2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-sin-methoxyimino]acetamido}-3-{[(2,5-dihydro-6-hydroxy-2-methyl-5-oxo-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)thio]methyl}-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid.
