FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction, in particular to method of erection of monolithic prestressed reinforced concrete frame of building. Method includes installation of reinforcing cages onto foundation, assembly of vertical curb of columns and horizontal curb of ceiling. Non-stressed reinforcement is separated from stressed reinforcement. Columns and ceilings are concreted. Curb is stripped. Rope reinforcement is stretched by mechanical method, ceilings are fixed at its ends, and tensile force is transmitted to concrete. At the same time preliminarily rope reinforcement is cut into measure sections. At one of ends of measure section, anchor cartridge is pressed, and support plate arranged with central hole is placed. Afterwards it is impregnated with oil, and then a layer of rope lubricant is applied with viscosity of 200-250 Pa.s. Then channel-maker is installed onto rope reinforcement -polyethylene tube with internal diametre equal to 1.2-1.3 diametre of rope reinforcement. After sorting of reinforcement, concreting of ceiling and concrete gain of transfer strength, support plate and anchor cartridge are arranged at other end of measure section. Rope reinforcement is stressed, and anchor cartridge is pressed with thrust against support plate with transfer of tension force to concrete. Further anchor cartridges and plates are poured with concrete.
EFFECT: simplified technology of erection, reduced material intensity, improved corrosion resistance of structure and possibility to perform assembly works in winter time.
