FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention applies to construction field, partly to the method of constructing monolithic prestressed reinforced concrete frame of building. Method includes installation of reinforcement frames onto foundation, assembly of vertical curb of columns and horizontal curb of floor slab. Unstressed reinforcement and embedded parts are laid down. Columns and floor slabs are concreted. After concrete gains stripping strength, curb is stripped. Rope reinforcement is pulled mechanically over concrete and is fixed at floor slab ends. Besides previously rope reinforcement is cut into measure sections, and is first impregnated with oil, and then a layer of lubricant is applied with viscosity of 200-250 Pa·s. Then channel shaper is put onto rope reinforcement - such as polyethylene tube with internal diametre equal to 1.2-1.3 of rope reinforcement diametre. Afterwards ready rope reinforcement is laid onto curb to form outlets, and columns and floor slab are further concreted. Rope reinforcement outlets host support plates, and anchor cartridges are installed. After concrete gains transfer strength, rope reinforcement is pulled with transfer of tension force to concrete by means of anchor cartridges thrust against support plate and pressing. Further anchor cartridges and plates are concreted.
EFFECT: simplified technology of erection, reduced material intensity, improved corrosion resistance of structure, possibility to perform installation works in winter time.
