FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method for erecting a monolithic prestressed framework includes the installation of the vertical formwork of columns and the horizontal formwork of a flooring, the layout of non-pretensioned reinforcement, the layout of pretensioned cable reinforcement arranged in channel formers and embedded parts for the entire building length, concreting the columns and the floor, pulling the cable reinforcement mechanically onto the concrete and fixing it along the floor ends. Between the sections of the building, paired columns are erected with forming expansion joints between them. After the concrete gains strength, the channel former between the paired columns in the expansion joints is removed from the reinforcement, temporary spacers are installed, and anchor devices with thrust plates are put on the cable reinforcement. Thereinafter, the reinforcement is tensioned with anchoring it with the abutment on the extreme and paired columns, after which the cable reinforcement in the expansion joints is cut, and the temporary spacers are dismantled.
