FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to terrestrial vehicular equipment, particularly to planetary compound gearbox of high-speed full-track machines, principally with two board gearboxes. Planetary compound gearbox is formed by two concatenated planetary gearboxes: wide-band and main. Wide-band gearbox provides three action ranges: reverse movement, low gear of forward running and top gears of forward running. Main planetary gearbox provides two gears of one direction. Wide-band gearbox is formed by two three-link planetary trains, the first of which provides range of gears of reverse motion, and the second - range of low gears of forward running, one lock-up clutch and two brakes. Kinematic characteristics of planetary trains of wide-band gearbox are related by dependence K1=1+K2, Main gearbox is formed by one basic planetary train with kinematic characteristic K3, by one brake and one lock-up clutch. Kinematic characteristics of planetary trains of wide-band and main boxes are related by dependence K1≅((1+K3)/K3)2. Breakdown of ranges of planetary compound gearbox of vehicle is implemented by geometric progression principle with denominator q≅(l+K3)/K3.
EFFECT: there is achieved increasing of maximal integral pulling power and receiving of high breakdown characteristics of machinery at straight line motion.
