FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: device includes cylinder with reservoir of "dead space", divided into parallelly located cells, and diaphragm. As diaphragm, used is gate made in form of disc, divided into two equal sectors. One sector is hollow and is intended for free passing of air. The other is blank and air-tight. Gate has possibility of rotation around central axis. Upper part of case with cells is made in form of step 5-10 mm high, dividing plane of case contact with gate into two equal parts.

EFFECT: increase of operation reliability and simplification of application of electric drive for automatic maintaining carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen (O2) concentration at definite level.
