FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: in the hybrid composite panel, for example, in the air vehicle body panel, the layers, composed of the carbon bidirectional weaving fabric with the number of the ultimate fibres in the filament not less than 6000 and of the aramid plain weave fabric with the surface weight not less than 300 g/m2, are packed. The multilayer bag is laid on the heated form (matrix die) and is saturated with the epoxy-containing binding material by vacuum infusion method. One of the resins is the epoxide resin with the epoxy group content 16-22%, and the second epoxy-novolac resin with the epoxy group content 23-25%. The resins are mixed together at the ratio of: from 30 to 100 wt pts of the epoxide resin are accounted for by 100 wt pts of the epoxy-novolac resin. The hardening agent is designed as the aniline-formaldehyde resine dispersed in the furfurol and mixed with the noted resins at the ratio of: from 75 to 90 mass. parts of the hardening agent are accounted for by 100 wt pts of the resinous composition. The hardening agent also can be designed as the anhydride agent mixed with the noted resins at the ratio of: from 75 to 85 wt pts of the anhydride are accounted for by 100 wt pts of the resinous composition. The modifying agent is designed as the synthetic butadiene rubber or as the heat-resistant flexible thermoplastic mixed with the noted resinous composition in a volume: from 10 to 20 wt pts of the modifying agent are accounted for by 100 wt pts of the resin.
EFFECT: impact strength enhancement and weight reduction of the load-bearing frame construction of the civil airplane.
