FIELD: explosives.

SUBSTANCE: device for mixing of explosive compound components and moulding of items from them comprises mixing head of vertical planetary mixer, set of replaceable bowls with trolleys, piston hydraulic device for discharging of compound from bowls, apparatus for vacuumising with discharge auger and stock line, which joins replaceable bowl on position of explosive compound discharging with apparatus for vacuumising. Apparatus for vacuumising is arranged in the form of cylindrical body with vacuum chamber and discharge auger of cylindrical shape. Vacuum chamber of apparatus is arranged in the form of vertical cylinder with draw plate in upper part, besides draw plate along perimetre has skirt with height equal to 0.3-0.6 of its outer diametre. Discharge auger in loading zone is equipped with blades. In lower part of cylindrical body, in loading zone of auger, there are fingers installed with provision of gap in process of auger rotation between them and auger blades. Lower part of body is arranged as detachable and is installed on stem of vertically arranged hydraulic cylinder.
