FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a complex for mixing powdered and liquid viscous components of explosive composition and forming articles of rocket equipment therefrom. Complex comprises vertical planetary mixer (1) including mixing head and set of replaceable bowls (2) with bogies (5), piston hydraulic device (6) for unloading composition from bowls, evacuation apparatus (9) with pressure auger and vacuum chamber, which is connected to replaceable cup by mass line (8), and mass line (10) is connected to molded article (11). Mass lines (8) and (10) have flexible (15) and rigid (16) sections. Flexible section of each mass line is made of two coaxial tubular metal with slots and inner plastic elements. Rigid section of each mass line in end zone is equipped with removable flange with inner spherical surface and plastic insert with complex surface configuration, which form a ball hinge providing more degrees of freedom of mass lines and increasing operational capabilities of rigid section (16) during connection of elements.

EFFECT: efficient device is suitable for molding large-size items, increases productivity, increases pressure of explosive composition in the article, provides mobility of not only flexible, but also rigid section of each mass line.
