FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for making articles from an explosive composition. The device includes a vertical planetary mixer for mixing components of the explosive composition with a mixing head and a set of change cans with trolleys, a piston hydraulic device for unloading the explosive composition from the change can, stock piping for unloading explosive composition from the change can to a moulding apparatus, which has a vacuum chamber, a die hole at its input and a pressure screw conveyor. A temperature and pressure monitoring sensor is placed on the stock piping in front of the die hole. The piston hydraulic device is synchronised with the moulding apparatus, for which purpose the piston hydraulic device is fitted with a device for remote regulation of flow on the line of the hydraulic actuator of the piston and a displacement sensor for the piston. The moulding device is fitted with a remote controlled actuator for the pressure screw conveyor and a level sensor for constant monitoring of the level of explosive composition in the moulding device.

EFFECT: invention enables making quality articles in terms of solidity from compositions with low fluidity.
