FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of products making from explosive substances by casting method under pressure with application of vertical mixer with detachable body, mixer with stirring rods and moulding auger. Method for moulding of product from explosive substance includes control of speed of explosive substance displacement from detachable body by variation of detachable body gate opening extent depending on its viscosity, maintenance of permanent level of explosive in mixer with stirring rods and moulding auger by control of speed of explosive displacement from detachable body and control of speed of explosive injection into moulding body from mixer with stirring rods and moulding auger. After complete displacement of explosive from detachable body gate is closed, pressure supply to piston of hydraulic displacement system is interrupted, and product is moulded to the level of explosive in mixer of 5-20% from complete working load.
EFFECT: invention provides for high quality of product solidity.
