SUBSTANCE: device contains a magnetic circuit (3) of the stator (2) in the protective casing (1) - a secondary element of the linear electric motor with a impact pin which is movable inside (10) that is a core-formed - its primary element; a position pin sensor in form of a laser ruler (16). Magnetic circuit contains hollow ferromagnetic washers (4) with turns of the energizing coil (5) of the phases of the multiphase circuit, forming assembly assemblies of the magnetic circuit, the coils (5) of which are stacked with an alternating phase change; coil windings (5) are powered by an alternating current source through a converter (18); the pin (10) is covered with a non-magnetic material. In operating process the coordination of the movable pin with the integrated control unit (19) is carried out by means of a converter (18) adjusting the frequency and voltage of the windings (5) to move the pin (10) and stopping the control signals from the laser ruler impulse (16) to stop the pin in the upper position.
