PROCEDURE FOR TREATMENT OF WATERED CARBONATE COLLECTORS Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC E21B43/22 E21B43/27

Abstract RU 2383724 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil producing industry. The procedure for treatment of watered carbonate collectors consists in preliminary saturation of high watered channels by pumping 20 % solution of calcium chloride, in successive pumping a buffer layer of fresh water, in further pumping hydrolysed in alkali wastes of fibre or fabric of poly-acrylo-nitrile - (HWPAN) GOPAN, in pumping a buffer layer of fresh water, and in performing hydrochloric acid treatment; said pumping is repeated; also 0.1-1.0 % of dry not hydrolysed crumbled wastes of fibre of poly-acrylo-nitrile is additionally introduced into the composition of the first portion of GOPAN solution; the first portion of GOPAN solution is pumped at pressure at the wellhead equal to 20 % of pressure of hydro-break of the treated formation; every next portion of GOPAN solution is pumped with building pressure of pumping at a wellhead relative to preceding at 10 % of pressure of hydro-break of the treated formation; also pumping pressure should not exceed 50 % of hydro-break pressure of the treated formation; each following portion of GOPAN solution starting from the third one is diluted with water 2 times relative to the previous portion.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of water insulation of watered interlayers of rock in oil formations with not uniform filter properties.
