FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining, namely to method for underground development of bedded deposits of minerals. Method for underground development of bedded mineral deposits includes cutting of mineral in rectangular blocks by hydraulic cutting cleaning machines and further transportation of blocks. Hydraulic cutting machines move along mining face and have actuators of water jet type, equipped with cutting heads and chambers of water mixing with abrasive and joined via metal tubes, on which they are rigidly fixed with water supply manifold traveling from hydraulic booster, which imparts ultrahigh pressure to water. Bed is preliminarily undercut at the bottom by plowing plant with displacement of two paired columns of escalators into undercut cavity of bed. Cutting of mineral blocks is carried out after complete pulling-in of paired escalators into undercut cavity and after termination of plow work. Cutting of blocks is carried out by single hydraulic cutting cleaning machine equipped with two actuating tools: the first one - for simultaneous cutting of several transverse slots along full capacity of bed, the second one - for further simultaneous cutting of longitudinal slot in plane of bed and back vertical slot along full length of clinker. Loading of blocks onto escalators is carried out without application of trays. Blocks after cutting under gravity settle down onto weight-bearing plates of escalators, which move them along clinker to transport roadway and push to the line of two paired columns of transport escalators, where similar method of blocks transportation is applied to move them to crushing plant, which is arranged beyond the limits of fresh air blast. After blocks crushing into large-sized pieces, they are transported by main underground transport to shaft.
EFFECT: reduced release of gas and dust to atmosphere, lower energy inputs for breaking of mineral in process of production, improved technical and economical parametres of production.
