SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a closed-circuit television system (CCTV) which has infrared searchlights. The CCTV system includes a security camera system, two infrared searchlight units and apparatus for controlling direction. The security camera unit has a camera for displaying objects and several infrared searchlight modules placed around the camera. Two infrared searchlight units are placed behind the security camera unit and each of them also includes several infrared searchlight modules. Each infrared searchlight module contains an infrared light emitting diode module which has an infrared light emitting diode, primary and secondary condenser lenses.
EFFECT: increased image capturing distance.
