FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to agriculture, particularly to incubation of eggs from hens of meat breeds. Method includes incubation at moisture of 55-65% at the following temperature mode: from 1st to 2nd day at 37.5-37.6°C, from 3rd to 4th day at 39.0-39.1°C, from 5th to 13th day at 37.5-37.6°C, from 14th to 18th day at 37.5-37.6°C. For 4 hours during each day of this period eggs are incubated at temperature of 39.0-39.1°C, from 19th to 21th day at temperature of 37.2-37.3°C.
EFFECT: higher speed of broiler growth, fleshiness of dressed chicken and yield of breast fillets.
