FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises mount rack, rod, cutting knife, mesh bag and system of bag shutting with the help of rope. Upper and lower holders are fixed on rod. Cutting knife is hingedly fixed on each holder. Device is equipped with an additional mechanism for cutting of upper part of bush. Bag for material collection is arranged as through and is tightly fixed to lower and upper holders, knives and rope. Along its length bag is arranged as larger than distance between upper and lower holders. Mechanism for fixation of position and displacement of knives is mounted on outer ends of each holder. Grooves are provided at each holder and knife at the edge, which is internal to rod. Grooves are provided to locate edge of front shutter assembly.

EFFECT: such design will make it possible to improve device technological resources by reduction of losses in process of soft water plants gathering and organisms that populate them from a specified horizon of bushes.
