SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Recipe components are prepared. Medang is extracted by liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation. Girasol is cut and dried in microwave field at preset process parametres. Chicory and barley grain, oat grain, acorns and nut kernels are fried. Girasol, barley grains, oat grains, acorns and nut kernels are mixed. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost. Depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: this method enables to obtain flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
