SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing coffee substitutes. Method provides for preparation of recipe components, girasol cutting, drying it in microwave field at preset process parametres and frying, roasting of barley grain, oats grain and rye, mixing of mentioned components and cryomilling of obtained mixture in liquid nitrogen.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain new flavoured coffee drink instant powder according to nonwaste technology.
