FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for angiosurgery of iliofemoral venous segment, a natural suprapubic venous collateral is used. Mobilisation, erection and cutting off of its excess are performed. A vascular end-to-end anastomosis is applied within vein resection area with using microsurgery technique. It is followed with extravascular correction of a newly formed venous "shunt" with a frame spiral made of high-elastic material. The technique allows preventing further expansion and varicose transformation of the vein, simultaneously preserving its mobility and elasticity, ensuring adequate functional result with reducing an operative trauma.
EFFECT: improved clinical effectiveness in the patients ensured by reduced treatment time and decreased quantity of postoperative complications.
