SUBSTANCE: method involves combined exposure to kinesitherapy, muscle toning, interferential current therapy, pelotherapy. Kinesitherapy is performed daily with a velosimulator in the pool with mineral nitrogen-siliceous radon-containing water. Radon concentration in water is 0.19 kBq/l. The temperature of water is 36°. Tempo of exercising is 30 - 40 per 1 minute, during 15 minutes. Therapeutic course is 18 procedures. Toning of paraarticulary muscles is performed with device "Amplipulse-5" during 10 minutes every second day. Muscle toning is performed in mode II, a sort of work (PP) II, modulation factor (MF) 75 - 100%, modulation frequency (MF) 30-50 Hz. In addition, there are 10 procedures of interferential current therapy and 8 procedures of pelotherapy performed. Interferential current therapy involves exposure to constant frequency current of 100 Hz during 2-3 minutes at first. It is followed with exposure to rhythmic frequency current of 25-100 Hz during 7-8 minutes. Pelotherapy is carried out by applications of silt sulphide mud on an injured joint. Temperature of mud is 16-18°; exposition is 20-30 minutes.

EFFECT: method improved clinical effectiveness in the patients with posttraumatic Kashin-Beck disease that is ensured by enhanced synovial homeostasis in reducing intra-articular friction.
