FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pediatrics, and can be used in treating children suffering post-traumatic arthralgic syndrome. For this purpose, by means of the hand applicator of the apparatus "Hivamat 200" sequentially on the muscles of the posterior surface of the hip and shin, and then the front surface of the hip of the injured extremity, massage are performed by the pulse low-frequency electrostatic field with frequency of 160 Hz, then – 70 Hz for 8 and 4 minutes respectively in children aged 6 to 12 years, 10 and 5 minutes – in children aged 13 to 18 years, with vibration of medium degree – pulse duration and pause duration of 1:1, intensity is 50 %. Duration of course is 10 daily procedures.
EFFECT: method provides pain syndrome relief, elimination of synovitis and microcirculatory disturbances in para-articular tissues, as well as prevention of process chronicity and higher elasticity and tonus of lower extremity muscles.
