FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: solution of hyaluronic acid is introduced into the area of pathological focus in form of injection. Injections are performed every 12-14 days, 3-5 times in total. Hyaluronic acid is introduced in dose 2.0-3.0 ml in intra-articular way into pathological section and/or in periarticular trigger points in dose 2.0-3.0 ml. Injections are performed in complex with following after a few minutes after them sessions of shock-wave therapy (SWT). SWT procedures are performed for 30 minutes on pathological section and surrounding it segments in successive mode of regular procedures, which include increase of pressure and simultaneous reduction of frequency and quantity of shocks with each SWT session. Impact pressure is 1.0 bar, then 1.8 bar, 2.4 bar, 3.2 bar, 4 bar. Shock frequency is 12 Hz, then 10, 8, 6, 4 Hz. Quantity of shocks is 12000, then - 10000, 8000, 6000, 6000.
EFFECT: method provides reliable supply of hyaluronic acid to target organ as a result of even distribution of medication in zone of pathological focus and its better uptake, formation of stable remission with minimal invasiveness and reduction of time of performed complex therapy, including in patients, who have contraindications to therapy with non-steroid anti-inflammatory medications and glucocortocosteroids.
