FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: multistage cone separator consists of several similar in design stages each including confusor, of film sorter with bushing, external surface of which and internal surface of confusor form circular gap; also film of liquid is withdrawn through this gap; further, separator consists of double diffuser with central working element conical on both sides, of reservoir for accumulation of withdrawn liquid, of ejector evacuating entrapped with liquid gas from reservoir. The last stage of the separator is made without the diffuser. The separator is equipped with a vortex at inlet of the first stage; the vortex consists of a crown of profiled blades; the crown of profiled blades is secured on the central working element for spinning flow before the next stage of the separator, thus forming the vortex for it.
EFFECT: increased ratio of separation.
