FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of claydite panel as insulator of three-layer filler structures is characterised by the fact that insulator in the form of claydite panel is prepared directly by baking of clay crumb with size from 5 to 10 mm and moisture of 10…13%, charged into vertically arranged metal mould from fire-resistant steel with volume of 50…75% of internal mould volume. Baking is carried out at the temperature of clay material swelling with swelling ratio K=2.0…25. In order to prevent sticking of swelling clay crumb to internal surface of metal mould, it is coated with a plaster. Vertical stability of mould is provided by installation of vertical abutments into longitudinal mould seats in foundation slab and superimposed brackets. Claydite panel is reinforced with an reinforcement grill with reinforcement diametre d=4.0 mm.
EFFECT: improved bend strength properties of claydite panel.
