FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of metal plastic or biplastic item, mostly sealing cap for bottle, includes location of item outer shell billet in die mould, insertion of puncheon into billet with provision of gap between surface of puncheon and internal surface of billet, configuration and thickness of puncheon are adapted for formation and fixation of finished product inner polymer element in billet. Manufacturing of finished product is carried out in one process stage. The pressurised polymer melt with a formed polymer force is supplied into produced gap, and simultaneously billet is placed into die mould and pressed in die mould. Then outer shell of item is formed. Inner polymer element of item is produced simultaneously with its placement into billet of outer shell and is fixed in shaped outer shell of item.

EFFECT: simplified technology of metal plastic or biplastic item with the possibility to complicate its design, to place it in according billet of item outer shell, to shape a specified shape of finished product and to implement a reliable fixation of one item element versus another one.
