SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a corking assembly for bottle (1) comprising frame (100), corking cap (200) and sealing sleeve (300), in which the frame comprises side wall (102) with inner surface comprising first annular relief (110) and a second annular relief (120) spaced so as to form a nest for bottle halo (4); said corking cap comprises head (210) and leg (220); said sealing sleeve comprises side wall (302); the inner surface of the side wall of the frame comprises one or more holding teeth (130) for holding the cap of the corking cap; said holding teeth are cantilevered and inclined relative to the inner surface of the side wall of the frame; in front of said retaining teeth, recess (131) is formed in which the teeth can be withdrawn so that the head of the sealing cap can be pushed towards base (101) of the frame.
