FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: monitoring device of the condition of axle boxes of wheel pairs of carriages of the moving train includes sensors, microchip, active transceiver, electric supply voltage generator consisting of magnet element, movable plate magnetic conductor, coils of electrical conductors, diode rectifiers and accumulators. In addition, there introduced is heat-resistant annular gasket electrically isolating the cover from axle box, multi-layered commutation base, protective cover of the elements arranged on the commutation base surface, and fixed plate magnetic conductor. Multi-layered commutation base in which there made is central hole and peripheral holes equally spaced around it in a circumferential direction is arranged on inner side of the cover. On multi-layered commutation base there installed is microchip, diode rectifiers, accumulators and electric radio elements of transceiver, the output bus of which is electrically connected to the cover of axle box. Fixed plate magnetic conductor is made in the form of multi-tip flat star with beams, and cylindrical extrusions are made on beam ends.
