FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises pickups, microprocessor, active data transceiver and voltage generator comprising movable magnetic elements and conductor fixed coils arranged under axle box cover. Heat resistant circular liner is additionally used to isolate cover from axle box, as well as multi-layer switching base fixed on cover inner side to accommodate microprocessor, transceiver radio components and disk-like magnetic core with diametre equal to that of wheel pair axle face surface. Note here that even number of magnets is radially and regularly mounted along circumference around wheel pair rotational axis and is oriented, with unlike poles perpendicular to multi-layer switching base surface. Aforesaid additional disk-like magnetic core has recesses with their amount, side surface shape and mutual arrangement corresponding to those of holes in multi-layer switching base.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
