FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: ship is characterised by the fact that the above-water housing volume is not more than displacement. In middle part of the housing there is tumble home with maximum inclination angle at the level of actual water line. In stormy conditions in any section of the board approximately equal amount of water falls to upper deck of the ship. Statical stability curve is S-shaped with vanishing angle through 180°. Above-water part of stempost of the ship is inclined towards the aft deck, and in underwater part an inclined undercut is made. Cruiser aft deck has inclination of above-water board and minimum overhang of aft deck counter allowed by using two-shaft diagram of propeller-rudder system. After screw propellers there installed are horizontal wings of active motion stabilisers on spring-loaded spindles. Geometry of ship's body with deckhouses is determined with enveloping circular cylinder. All domestic and service rooms are located under upper deck which at the same time is the main deck of strong water-proof body.
EFFECT: increased ship's seakeeping ability in stormy conditions at all-weather ocean duty.
