FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: vessel comprises waterproof body with surplus buoyancy for surface cruising, which does not exceed displacement, on deck of which there are deckhouses (superstructures) arranged, being protected against wind and wave effects. In middle part of body there is board falling home of around 10-20 degrees, which is maximum at the level of existing waterline and which creates point of bending on bend circuits of theoretical drawing of body. Body and deckhouses are included inside overall annular cylinder. At that vessel body acquires pronounced S-shaped stability diagram.
EFFECT: significant reduction of wave loads at vessel body under storm conditions of sailing.
