FIELD: ship building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to designing ship hull fore end shape, used in complex storm and ice conditions of navigation. Better running and maneuvering characteristics at intensive hurricane waves, antipitching, reduced risk of icing top decks are achieved by means of the special stem and bilge entrance lines configuration: bent or vertical stem for shock-free cutting storm waves peaks, to move in ice in the icebreaker mode, with storm undercut in the lower part of the stem for releasing rambling under conditions of intensive rolling and pitching motion, with hardening the lower part of the stem and sharpened surface part of the stem-icebreaker, surface frames are optimized from small flare, stabilizing active thunderstorm move before their tumble home with reduction of tank height for compensation of pitching due to flooding foredeck of low-speed ships, Bow formation defines the beginning of the helical surface at the level of variable waterlines from the stem to separation zone of the divergent ship wave, that compensates the force impact of opposite storm waves and is reduces running trim, behind the separation zone of the ship wave there is a convex bend of molded frame circuits to form the tumble home and underwater bulges in the middle part of the hull, which reduces rolling motion in storm conditions.
EFFECT: reduced rolling motion.
