FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioning systems of vehicles. Air distributor comprises a valve installed in the air distributor housing, which is installed on the structure and communicates with the air supply system. Valve contains a rotary nozzle in the form of a bushing with installed inside the rotary flap located inside the valve body, which is made in the form of a truncated sphere installed inside the spherical surface of the housing of the air distributor. Rotary flap is equipped with inclined carrier interacting with fixed catcher installed in valve body. Truncated sphere is made thin-walled with thickening on upper and lower faces, in which there are two mounting holes for installation of nozzle, made in form of sleeve with collar on outer surface. Spherical surface of housing is made to its entire height. In the end part of the shutter there pressed are axles providing its installation and rotation in bushing holes, and on the rear part in the spherical surface of the valve body cylindrical grooves are made with width equal to the housing width.
EFFECT: improved operating characteristics, reduced labor intensity at reduction of weight.
