Composite reinforcement comprises bearing rod of high-strength polymer material and winding with winding cords and tapes of threads; cords; tapes of threads, surface relief of which is created by winding of one or opposite direction, beside, relief of rod surface is created with winding cords and tapes of threads, or cords, or tapes of threads of multiple-turn winding of various areas of sections and pitches, besides pitch of multiple-turn winding equals sum of pitches of various winding turns, and ratio of winding cords and tapes section areas are within the limits from 1.01 to 250.

EFFECT: production of composite reinforcement.
