FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fans and can be used in aircraft and rocket thermal control systems. Proposed axial fan comprises cylindrical housing in the form of cylindrical shell accommodating the bush with at least three radial ledges. Said bush houses motor with outer cylindrical surface furnished with groove and staying in contact with the bush inner surface. It comprises also support element, coupled with aforesaid bush and arranged in groove, and impeller fitted on motor shaft. Note here that said support element represents a shoulder made integral with aforesaid bush on its inner surface, while that split bush consists of at least two parts in contact with each other along flat surfaces of the joint, said surfaces running through the fan axis. Note also that at least one radial ledge is arranged on every aforesaid part, while angular size between aforesaid flat surfaces does nor exceed 180°.
EFFECT: ease of manufacture, expanded performances.
