FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: axial ventilator comprises a housing with an internal cylindrical surface and shaped boring on it, a sleeve installed it in with at least three radial projections with an outer spherical surface being in contact with the surface of the shaped boring of the housing, an electric motor placed inside the sleeve with the impeller mounted on its shaft and pins connecting the housing with each radial projection. The axial ventilator distinguishing feature is that the housing consists of two parts connected by a centring connection. There is a landing collar at the end of the first part that enters the centring boring at the end of the second part of the housing and the shaped boring is made as tapered surfaces facing each other on the first and second parts of the housing being tangent to the spherical surface, and each pin intersects the centring boring of the second part of the housing, the landing collar of the first part of the housing and the radial projection of the sleeve. Also, the outer surface of the landing collar is made strictly coaxial to the conical surface of the first part of the housing and the inner surface of the centring boring is made strictly coaxial to the conical surface of the second part of the housing.
EFFECT: increased workability and vibration resistance of the axial ventilator.
