SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tunnel fans usually mounted in air transfer ducts. Proposed fan comprises square-parallelepiped housing to accommodate fan with drive motor. It comprises also an element to joint housing intake side with aid duct top part to suck air therefrom and element to joint housing outlet part with air duct bottom to release air therefrom. Radial impeller has its rotational axis perpendicular to direction of airflow from intake to outlet sides. Outlet jointing element is made to form airflow channel tapered towards the end of said element to be jointed to air duct bottom part.

EFFECT: higher pressure in air duct and reduced noise level.
