SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fan assembly to generate air flow in room, which includes an impeller and an electric motor for actuation of impeller to capture air flow in fan assembly and housing, having an inner channel with spiral section having cross-section area, which decreases from spiral section of inlet to spiral outlet section. Spiral inlet section has an inlet hole to receive air flow, and spiral outlet section has outlet for return of first part of air flow in spiral inlet. Spiral section comprises air outlet for second part of air flow from housing.

EFFECT: housing defines an opening through which air from outside fan assembly is captured by air discharged from air outlet.
