FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: method of increase of bacterial adhesion to vaginal epithelial cells is offered. The vaginal epithelial cells are obtained, they are cleaned from the accompanying microflora by incubating in Hanks medium with addition of a ceftriaxone and lysozyme. Epithelial cells are washed by physiological solution and the suspension is prepared in the citrate-phosphatic buffer, it is mixed with the fibronectin solution stabilized by a buffer solution. Non-adsorbed fibronectin is incubated, washed by a buffer solution. From the day culture of the studied bacteria the microbic suspension is prepared and mixed with the epithelial cells treated by fibronectin. The increase of bacteria adhesion to vaginal epithelial cells is obvious by increase of the index and indicator of adhesion in the experience in comparison with the monitoring.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase adhesion of bacteria to vaginal epithelial cells.
