FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to control accessories, particularly to automatic pressure controllers. The pressure controller consists of a case, of inlet and outlet branches, of a filter, of output and input cavities, of a membrane interacting with a spring-loaded rod and sealing the rod relative to environment on the side of the output cavity, of a gate, and of a seat set with a gap relative to the gate and dividing the internal cavity of the case to input and output cavities. The second membrane pressure tight attached to the case and rod is additionally inserted into the pressure controller. Effective area of the membrane is equal to area of flow section of the seat. A plastic bushing is installed between the gate and the second membrane; the bushing travels relative to the case and is equipped with fluoroplastic insertions with lengthwise channels arranged along generatrix and operating as guides; the channels communicate the input cavity with the cavity under the second membrane. Also the fluoroplastic insertions are spring loaded with a rubber ring installed inside the bushing.
EFFECT: increased reliability and service life of controller, ensuring stability of damping by means of controller at input pressure pulsations and at rapid changes of fluid consumption.
