FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: body of the regulator is made in the form of cylinders, the volume between which is divided by transverse partitions. Inlet and outlet flanges are installed on the outer cylinder. On the inner cylinder between the partitions there are grooves for passing the working medium of equal height, equal to the stroke of the regulating plunger, which is made in the form of a spool consisting of two cylinders connected by transverse partitions. Outer cylinder of the spool has windows, and on the lower and upper partitions there are holes. Upper part of the spool is connected by a rod with a diaphragm actuator, the stem passes through a damping device in the form of a flange with a rubber seal. Regulator is equipped with a protection system in the form of a high-speed valve mounted on the cover of a membrane drive, a three-way switch of the working medium and a check valve installed on the input flange of the regulator and made in the form of an external and internal cylinder. On the inner cylinder, the windows are made for the passage of the working medium and a piston in the form of a glass is installed. Between the inner cylinder and the piston, a chamber is formed in which a spring is placed acting on the piston towards its opening. Shut-off valve is interconnected with a three-way switch mounted on the regulator body and made in the form of a slide valve and a housing in which six through symmetric channels, spaced apart in height, are made. Three channels on one side of the housing are connected by a pipeline to the shut-off valve chamber, and on the other side of the housing – the upper and lower channels are connected by a pipeline to the cavity of the output flange of the regulator, and the middle channel to the cavity at the inlet of the shut-off valve. In the spool, installed in the body and spring-loaded from both sides, an annular groove is formed connecting the middle channels on the body, and two O-rings. Bar with two stops is passed through the slide valve, connected to the regulating plug of the regulator.
EFFECT: quality and level of reliability of the regulator operation are increased.
