FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric engineering, in particular to inductance coils used in creation of various electronic circuits. Controlled inductance coil comprises core with the main winding, electrodes joined to core and control circuit. Core is represented by silicon structure, having at least one of p-, i-, n-areas. Electrodes are made of nonmagnetic material. Control circuit comprises controlled source of supply, which is electrically connected to electrodes accordingly joined to p- and n-areas of structure. Winding is placed in i-area, length of which is comparable to diametre of winding wire.
EFFECT: provision of possibility of smooth electronic control of inductance value of passive coil by means of core addition to its structure, properties of which vary under action of applied electric field, thus influencing inductance value.
